Listing on the Australian Securities Exchange has many pros and many cons. There is also a very comprehensive list of listing rules that need to be read carefully when considering listing a company on the ASX and making it public.
Once a company has been listed on the exchange it becomes public and changes the way your company has been run in the past. You will also have an oblication to shareholders as far as reporting goes.
